Roof Replacement

Wind damage doesn't always look obvious from the ground. Lifted shingles, broken seals, exposed nail heads. You can't see any of that without getting on the roof. Our New Market inspector does a full 27-point inspection, free of charge.
New Roof Installation
New construction roof installation following IRC Section R905 and local New Market building code amendments. We calculate ventilation per IRC R806 (1:150 ratio reduced to 1:300 when 50% is within 3ft of ridge. Synthetic underlayment per ASTM D226, ice barrier per ASTM D1970 at eaves in freeze-thaw climate zones. Manufacturer-certified installation locks in the full system warranty.
Metal Roofing
We do metal roof repairs too. Loose panels, failed sealant at transitions, rust spots on older galvanized. Not every metal issue needs a full replacement. Our New Market crew can usually fix it same-day.
Shingle Roofing
Architectural shingles are what 80% of New Market homeowners choose. They look better than 3-tab, last longer, and handle wind better. We install GAF Timberline, Owens Corning Duration, and CertainTeed Landmark.
Flat Roofing
TPO single-ply membrane in 60-mil or 80-mil thickness, hot-air welded seams, fully adhered or mechanically attached over polyiso insulation board. We install per NRCA and manufacturer specifications. Ponding water is the number one cause of flat roof failure. We use tapered ISO insulation to create minimum 1/4" per foot slope to drains. FM 4473 rated systems available for hail-prone New Market areas.
Commercial Roofing
Flat roofs on commercial buildings are a different animal. We install and repair TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, and built-up systems. Our New Market commercial crew handles retail, warehouse, office, and multi-family buildings.
Gutter Installation
We install 5" and 6" seamless aluminum gutters in New Market. Standard homes get 5", high-volume areas and steeper pitches get 6". Downspouts every 30-40 ft of gutter run with splash blocks or underground drains.
